What youll be doing
You will have responsibility for overseeing the management of Verizons Global Toll Free and IVR products throughout the product life cycle.

You have a combination of technical, business, and communication skills. You have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including but not limited to Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal & Regulatory, Marketing Communications, business partners, enterprise customers, and industry analysts.
What were looking for...
Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other technology field or in Business Management.
Six or more years of relevant work experience with software/telecommunications product management.
Strong knowledge of Toll Free, VoIP, contact center solutions and mobile services.
Proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Even better if you have:
Masters degree more impressive if you have an MBA.
Experience leading teams and cross-functional or matrixed organizations.
Juggled multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Analyzed data from variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the market, risks, and opportunities.
Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.
Presented findings and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
Experience with the Agile/scrum development process is a plus.
