Exciting new opportunity in the Morristown, NJ area for a Real Estate Manager / Property Manager!
Responsibilities: Financial ?? --Have a strong focus on financial performance and reporting --Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of operations budgets and variance analytics --Execute timely billing of rent and ancillaries and compliance with lease terms --Review of all lease terms, CAM reconciliations, bidding and vendor management, etc. with goal of reducing costs and timely approvals
Tenant Relations & Collections and Asset Operations ?? --Primary contact for tenants and establishing strong relationships --Managing tenant accounts receivables process & reporting including proactive escalation --Timely collection of sales reports, billing and payment --Support the proper calculation and collection of all property related fees --Assist in securing the transfer of assets in and out of the portfolio --Track all critical dates and follow up accordingly
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills: A Minimum of 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate/Property Management experience Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a Managerial Role Demonstrates strong working knowledge of real estate concepts Strong and consistent communication skills; Oral and Written Embodies the organizational core values by living them in day-to-day business activities
Qualifications: Bachelor??s Degree required Real Estate License Required Knowledge of ALL Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, specifically Excel) Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or other real estate software a plus
