Summary Financial Analyst of Operations is responsible for providing analysis, reporting, and general support to the President of Operations, VP of Finance and Operational leaders. Core Responsibilities Work daily with general managers to analyze Daily Operating Income Report communicate risk and opportunities vs budget and forecast Track and analyze key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements. Researches budget and forecast variances through detailed operational and financial metrics and explains results Reviewing customer profitability and dealing with budgeting/forecasting details. Track and report all annual customer price increases Monitors collection of receivables, determines when additional resources are needed, reports slow paying collections and risks Assists and support all aspects of annual budget and monthly forecast Strong reporting skills and attention to detail is required Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel Dashboards. Education Level - Bachelor's Degree Field of Study - Finance, Accounting Years of Experience - Generally requires 3+ years related experience Qualification Detailed oriented, strong organization skills and ability to learn quickly while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
