Experienced in leading development team in a matrix organization to implement high-quality solutions using Informatica and related database technology such as DB2, Oracle. Work with business and technology teams to analyze requirements, estimate, plan, and design solutions. Lead onsite and offshore resources for the development and implementation of complex workflows and mappings using Informatica ETL and/or Wherescape ELTs, Unix shell scripts to satisfy the business requirements. Will be responsible for leading/overseeing overall delivery for Home Office projects operational stability and development maturity. Will also support the portions of the batch cycle and any required changes to the schedule. Will closely work with Chief Data Office (CDO), Home Office (HO), and Americas Risk Management teams to handle the data analysis requests, internal controls, performance tuning, impact analysis requests. Lead medium to large sized projects, lead peer code reviews for all ETL changes. Leverage Bank?s Data Governance, Metadata tools and processes to manage end to end lineage. Additionally work on new AWS cloud based Enterprise Data Platform build out tasks as assigned. Major ResponsibilitiesLead Medium to Large Scale projects Design, Code, Test, schedule, and Implement project using ETL or ELTInteract with users to identify their requirements and deliver results appropriately.Debug and troubleshoot production issues. Perform code reviews, analysis and resolution of SME support for HO interfaces Tickets and maintenance for assigned applications. Qualifications 12 years of experience in data integration area with 7 years of Data Warehousinf experience.BS in computer science preferredShould have extensive experience in Informatica development coupled with Autosys and/or Tidal schedulers. Must have strong experience using UNIX, creating Shell scripts, and RDMBS (DB2, Oracle, SQLServer). Should have strong understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and relational databases. Must have excellent communication skills to interact with end users to fully understand their needs and requirements. Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), CDC and its implementation. Ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines and in challenging settings.
