Job Description Lehigh Technical Seeks a Level II Desktop Tech in the Jersey City area. Job Description Level 2 Desktop Tech will be responsible for physical migration of the customer end user devices (desktop/laptop/thin client) during Phase 1 of the program, which includes but is not limited to: Tech will work under self-direction to deliver second level technical support to all problems assigned to the department including network connectivity, operating systems, application and hardware integrity. Tech will proactively seek opportunities for improvements in terms of technology and training of other support staff, and present formal recommendations to management. Tech will act as the primary IT interface to all lines of business for all computing issues. Tech will call in resources from other IT departments including networks, server, messaging, telecom, and application developers as required. Tech is responsible for delivering quick repair to hardware and software problems and possibly swapping spare equipment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows 10 in an enterprise environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting desktop hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment. Minimum 2 years of Desktop experience in a 'Bank environment.
