**Billing Customer Service Representative- Whitehouse Station, NJ** Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading insurance company, at their location in Whitehouse Station, NJ. **Pay rate:** $16-$17/hour **Schedule:** 40 hours per week, 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, occasional Saturdays from 10am to 3pm **Primary Responsibilities and Duties:** + Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money and adjusting bills + Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of your claim investigation results and any planned adjustments + Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation + Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken **Required Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience:** + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong attention to detail + Proven customer service and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and manage one's time + Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information + Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook, Excel and data entry software + High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of customer service experience **Term of Assignment:** + October 1st, 2019 through April 1st, 2020.
