Job Description The Risk & Compliance Location Strategy role is expected to play an integral part in the support, development, and analysis of Risk & Compliance location strategy initiatives. The candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Risk & Compliance CFO teams as well as Risk & Compliance senior leaders, assisting in driving their forecasted location plans and ensuring they are aligned with the overall Risk & Compliance strategy. Role will directly coordinate real estate moves for the Corporate Risk and Compliance areas, with a centralized oversight role that also encompasses LOB Risk areas through partnership with relevant business management teams. The role will be responsible for establishing location management processes and controls across the Risk and Compliance organization to effectively manage the group's global footprint and oversee execution of the group's strategy. In addition, the candidate will work closely with the Global Real Estate and Firmwide Business Workforce Strategy teams to ensure Risk & Compliance is addressing and adhering to firmwide initiatives.
Develop and implement location strategy framework, governance processes, metrics and controls.
Manage real estate for Corporate Risk and Compliance and provide oversight across all real estate moves and issues.
Be primary point of contact with Real Estate and Workforce Strategy teams for all real estate issues.
Own ChoiceSeating adoption strategy to ensure smooth transition in key locations across Risk & Compliance
Build-out Serraview Operating model to ensure evergreen process for keeping seating information accurate
Develop 'Site Leads' framework for our largest R&C locations

5+ years of relevant industry knowledge, ideally coupled with financial and business management experience
