Create compelling content across multiple channels that showcases Company s exceptional craftspeople and culture
Through dynamic and engaging communications tactics showcase the company s businesses successes and desired cultural attributes helping employees internalize business goals, processes, organizational changes and desired behaviors.
Provide leadership and establish governance structure for high-impact employee communications vehicles including intranet, employee newsletters, etc.
Serve as key partner and strategic advisor to North America leaders for all related internal communications efforts ensuring frequent and effective communications.
Partner closely with HR on communications for key employee initiatives such as recruiting, talent and career development, employee engagement surveys, performance measurement, etc.
Oversee the internal newsletter and Company social intranet; regularly update Company s social intranet and maintain integrity of the content.
Develop and execute measurement tools across all employee channels.
Capture, analyze, and report results on a regular basis to ensure programs are tracking to plan.
Continuously test effectiveness of new programs or campaigns, and quickly remediate low performing programs.
Assist regional offices to support effective execution of communication campaigns in local markets.
Lead a team of direct and matrixed communications colleagues with responsibility for individual business units and support groups
Results-oriented, deadline driven professional with at least 10+ years of experience in roles of progressively increased responsibility in communications or related field, preferably in financial services and/or insurance.
Demonstrated ability to create cohesive employee communications programs that span engagement, content creation, social platforms and event management. Impeccable writer, who can deliver under tight deadlines.
Skilled in working with employee communications software and platforms (e.g. PowerPoint, intranet platforms, video, photography, video production, town halls, email marketing, etc.)
Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and/or public relations or related field of study.
