Job DescriptionIndependently execute enterprise-wide financial, operational and compliance audits of Verisk s dynamic and growing operations, including Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) 404 testing. Audit activities include all critical operations and activities performed at the Verisk functional and operating units. Reports administratively to the Audit Director. Plan and execute and coordinate assurance, consulting, and SOX testing assignments. Perform consulting engagements to advice management on controls, risk management and governance Actively contributes to continuous improvement of audit tools & techniques consistent with world class internal audit functions Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association s memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers Primary relationship manager with corporate and subsidiary management Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan and special projects and other duties as assigned.
