The job criteria and description is as follows below. -managing & overseeing all production, operational, and sanitation aspects of the culinary department -oversees all culinary employees to achieve budgetry, food quality, presentation, creativity, and customer service experience -creates & developed recipes, dishes, desserts, etc and any additional requirements -manages the hiring, scheduling, training, and disciplinary action, if required for all culinary employees -must have the ability to make effective use of all available resources, including time, labor and materials, and adjust the procedures to maximize productivity -manages, reviews, developes, menu research -maintains and holds labor and food cost $ and % at projected and acceptable levels -front of the house staff informing of menu items, specials and features -regular quality assurance standards evaluated and maintained -maintain high level of kitchen productivity -maintain sanitary and cleanliness standards both acceptable by code and internal expectations Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $60k+ Annual Bonus/Commission: Yes
