Our Shared Services employees bring the domain expertise that helps Fiserv retain and grow our base of owner-associates, drive profitable growth, navigate complex channel partnerships, and build Fiserv's brand equity. * * Job Responsibilities * Fiserv is a global corporation with offices and operations in 22 U.S. States and 37 countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. * The Global Security and Investigations (GSI) unit within Fiserv has overall responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of all Fiserv assets, employees, or operations in the U.S. and overseas. * Key program areas that fall under GSI include Executive Travel & Protection, Investigation & Operations, Intelligence & Threat Analysis, Health & Safety, Personnel Screening & Compliance, and Physical Security. * Monitor and research global issues that have potential implications for business operating environments and security landscapes in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. * To provide support for travel tracking and travel risk management. * Contribute to content of twice weekly security awareness products. * Prepare country risk reports and travel security assessments. * Support project tracking and management. * Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of product work. * Perform additional duties as required * Makes decisions on a regional level regarding physical security in compliance with Fiserv policies and procedures. * Broad knowledge of the field with moderate leadership skills.
Job Requirements * Ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of work experience in international political risk and familiarity with corporate security dynamics. * Education background: undergrad in field of international studies. * Functional knowledge of MS applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
