Responsibilities: Creates and delivers classes for global audiences ensuring learning solutions align with the business needs, are practical and facilitate an impactful learning experience. Creates the design of learning materials to support technical learning, globally, for all aspects of the employee life cycle. Utilizes integrated blended learning solutions to promote a scalable, consistent and repeatable learning process Works with local SMEs to design and develop learning solutions aligned to ILD standards. Utilizes new learning technologies to ensure that delivery methods are practical, relevant, and engaging for all employees. Works with Insurance Learning & Development Managers to implement learning solutions. Utilizes Talent Portal to track and measure learning solutions. Demonstrates cultural savvy and works with learning managers to ensure learning materials are appropriate for local customs. Facilitates all classes for COG and ensures global programs are aligned to ILD standards. Collaborates with ILD Managers on learning solutions evaluation to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
Qualifications: A background in underwriting or claims is required. Strong presentation skills. Ability to establish solid cross-cultural working relationships and work in various time zones. Ability to develop innovative learning solutions that support business results. Understands global nuances and an international workforce. Strong analytical skills to evaluate, analyze, and interpret technical information. Strategic thinker; ability to overcome obstacles; takes an organized and logical approach to thinking through problems and complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player; proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to execute on plans, drives for results and takes accountability for outcomes. Awareness of culture and knowledge of Chubbs businesses and/or products. Strong understanding of insurance and/or product line experience is a plus. Ability to travel as needed.
