Responsibilities

Essential Job Function:
  • Facilitating communication with staff, Physicians and patients
  • Appropriately greet patients and visitors
  • Able to effectively communicate with employees and patients/visitors
  • Work closely with patients and visitors to safely guide them to their proper destination
  • Appropriately answer internal and external phone calls

    Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Relevant Experience:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Computer literacy
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Able to be flexible with scheduling
  • Able to work weekends
