The EMR Support Specialist I is a full-time position with Atlantic Medical Group Training Team.
The position has responsibility for support of the Epic EMR including Cadence and Ambulatory modules and assistance with Atlantic Medical Group classroom training and Orientations.
The work is accomplished in a team environment and requires excellent problem solving and communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
The EMR Support Specialist I will help with workflow assessment, development, testing, training and implementations.
Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users.
Functions include: Solving highly complex problems and develop solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
Experience in healthcare required.
* High School Diploma required
* Associates or Bachelors Degree in realted field preferred
